Float Therapy
Also known as Sensory Deprivation or Float Pods, Float Therapy is 1 hour long and involves floating in a tank filled with Epsom Salt. You will feel like you're floating long after your therapy is over!

Also known as Hot and Cold Therapy, you will spend time dipping in and out of a soothing hot tub, and an ice cold jacuzzi! This one takes some motivation but the benefits are just astonishing:
