Cancellation Policy

At Honest Wellness Spa, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Card on File Requirement: A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
   
   
2. Refundable Deposit: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. In this case, there will be no charge.
   
   
3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of 50% deposit of your treatment up to a maximum of €100.
   
   
4. No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in the forfeiture of up to €100.
